COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is the first of its type in the world, as far as we know. It combines the ingredients of WinterCoat's India Gold with Belgian wit yeast and a tiny tad of wheat. The result is a delightfully refreshing summer beer with a warm, golden opalescence. It is a harmonious marriage between English malt and hops and Belgian yeast. "Yellow Jacket" is an American term for a wasp.

On tap at Plan B during RBESG 05 pub crawl. Bright orange, with a firm head. Peppery milkshake flavour. Smooth, milky mouthful, with a slight blonde tinge to the finish. Medium good, and didn;t seem like an IPA to me.

Draught at Christian Firtal, Odense. Malty aroma with notes of toffee, caramel, butterscotch, hints of dried fruits. Flavour is reasonably malty with distinct butterscotch notes, hints of peaches and apricots. Decent hops, bitter aftertaste.

Golden beer with little head. Fruit, hops and flowers in the aroma. Intense and unique flavour, strongly hopped, but with a hint of smoke or maybe oakwood. A+ for the effort!

Hazy blond color. Light aroma, but harmonious and nice. Good. Simple, round, sweet, with an original earthy taste, almost smokey. Smooth. Pleasant.

Handpumped from keg. Citric aroma with a hint of spices. Golden colour, big rocky head. Smokey flavour, other than that I cannot taste much. Unpleasant bitter finish.

Draught @ KØ 2005.: Golden colour. Clear. White fluffy head. Fruit, yeast and flowery notes in the aroma. Flavour is light hoppy, yeasty and has some spicy notes. Ends on a rather grapish/sour note. Rather special IPA, that I have some problems with. To me its more an belgian ale, than an IPA
