Extra strong dark beer. Very thick foamy head. Very interesting palate, changes quite a bit without being too messy. Great beer!

Bottle:
Medium pretty vast but also airy tan head on top of a black colored beer.
The head changes with low speed into an everlasting and staying the same tan vast lacing. Very fine, beautiful.
Smell and taste are comparable to the cuvee keizer blauw, but than with even more taste (and ingredients).
Smell toffee, caramel, butterscotch, candy, raisins and prunes, brown sticky sugars, slightest hints of liquorice and coffee...
Taste is very full and a soft smooth mix of toffee, darker fruit, prunes, butterscotch, darker sweets and candy, toasted malts, caramel, barleys, sticky sweets, toasted herbs but more spicy, toasted sticky sweet grains, molasses, medium bitter well balanced with the sweet fruits, caramel and butter...
Maybe a bit on the sweet side, but it’s still so delicious...
Nice darker fruit darker herbs spices and dark fruity aftertaste.
Low carbo, silky (spicy) mouthfeel, full body and a creamy texture.
Very interesting, full bodied, big flavored and superb tasting and balanced beer.

Hazy dark brown colour. Aroma of sweet dried fruits. Texture is really rich, oily and a bit sticky. Flavour has sweet dates and other dried fruit. There’s also a little caramel. In the finish there’s some biiter roast malt giving some hints of cocoa/chocolate.

Thanks to jhenry04 for sharing this, brought over from Belgium. Nose is chocolate pudding and malt balls. Deep brown pour wij a little bit of an off white head. Flavor is heavilly chocolate with chocolate covered cherries with a full mouthfeel and clean finish. No hint of 13% abv.

Pours dark. Almost black with a small tan head. Nose is sour cherries and ripe dark fruits. Cloves as well. Taste is sweet from finish to end. Mouthfeel is creamy and oily. Coats the mouth and allows the flavor to linger for a long time. Big alcohol notes warm the throat. This is a great beer.

Pours jet black with a big tan head and glue like lacing. Nose is roasted malts, dark chocolate, a lot of fruit, and some booze. Full body and smooth creamy mouthfeel. The flavor is potent with a blast of chocolate, raisins, figs, and flowers. The finish is on the sweet side A very enjoyable and very rich beer. Like a lot.
