3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Well-hopped nose with plenty of strong tropical fruit hop characters - underripe mango, some papaya, lychee and grapefruit. Pours a muddy medium gold with no head. The taste is fresh hop notes of burnt orange peel, lemon zest, some candy and a whole lot of pine/spruce bite. Finish is a big dredge of esthery goodness with a good balance of bitter hop notes and malty sweetness. Mouthfeel is near completely flat but doesn’t detract. Very nice.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle from Corks of Cotham, Bristol. Slightly hazy amber, with no head and pancake flat. Aroma of orange fruit and rich tea biscuits with some grassy hops. Flavour had tangerines and tropical fruits, more biscuity malts. Finish was dry and prickly, with a hint of ash in the background. Ok, but lacked some body.
