Bottle bought at a Christmas market in Bristol. Pours near black with a small, off-white head and plenty of carbonation. Aroma of bitter chocolate, black coffe, rum and raisin sweetness, and a touch of vanilla. Flavours of chocolate truffles, oak and coffee grinds, before a touch of tart blackberry leading to a prickly dry finish. A lot going on and impressive for it.
