An all out India Pale Ale blending five of our favourite seasonal hops. Bright fruit and floral notes play alongside fresh herbal qualities and a satisfying bitterness, creating a harmony of bold flavours.

Bottle from Beer Emporium, Bristol. Deep amber in colour with a decent, off-white, head. Bg, hoppy aroma of pine, citrus, pineapple and green herbs. Full-bodied, with dense malts, more tropical fruits and some heavy herbs, leading to a lengthy, bitter finish with the Mosaic hops dominant. Very good.

Great IPA. Yeasty and toasty nose. Pours light amber. Nice dry bitter edge with hints of toffee. Very easy to drink. Top notch. Keg at BD Shepherds Bush.

Bottled. Avoided pouring the yeast, but still a slight haze to the copper colour, with a small off-white head. Strong grapefruit and pine aromas. Grapefruit flavours too, with blackcurrant and then a very dry, piney finish. Well balanced by a thick, warm palate throughout. Excellent.

Bottle. Cloudy light amber ale with a big white pillow head. Nose of mango and grapefruit, though light. Taste is understated. Nice, gentle fruitiness. Mango. Grapefruit. Pineapple. There’s a gentle herbiness. Really satisfying. Delicious.

Bottle from Gloucester services. Rated here although lable suggests brewed at Wiper and True now. Also 6.9%. Golden colour big citrus aroma and taste. Refreshing and drinkable.

UPDATED: SEP 2, 2015 Bottle - pours slightly cloudy, amber caramel with small white head. Strong fresh floral aroma, tropical fruit - mango and ripe banana. Smooth malty caramel sweetness, good body and long bitter finish. Need to try this one again.

33cl bottle from Beer52.com. An amber pour with a thin white head; mix of pine and citrus aromas; soft and smooth in the mouth with a malty caramel body and a rich grapefruity taste; then a lingering citrusy bitterness with some warmth. A well balanced IPA.

Hazy Amber ipa, pine citrous aroma, fairly subtle, citrous flavour with biscuit malt, well balanced bitter finish and refreshing bearing in mind the strength of this beer. This is my first exposure to this brewery, the craftsmanship is impressive, vive le Bristol.

Nose is fresh pine needles, floral and some citrus. Similar flavours, balanced out by some caramel sweetness and fairly moderate bitter ending. Not unlike an amped down Kernel IPA but lacking that ’zing’ of their beers.

Bottle. Copper gold filmed lightly with haze under a fine white collar. Enticing ripe strawberry, mango, orange liqueur and sweet tropical pollen aroma with a dusting of cinnamon. Ripe, soapy and floral with a wash of soft papaya and dragon fruit-like fruit bittering into husk, pink grapefruit and marmalade. Warm and soft. Very good but not quite the equal of its own nose.
