Bottle from Beer Emporium, Bristol. Deep amber in colour with a decent, off-white, head. Bg, hoppy aroma of pine, citrus, pineapple and green herbs. Full-bodied, with dense malts, more tropical fruits and some heavy herbs, leading to a lengthy, bitter finish with the Mosaic hops dominant. Very good.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, amber colour with average, thick, fluffy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Piney and slightly floral, hoppy aroma, a herbal touch of mint, cautious hints of resin. Taste is slightly bitter hoppy, piney, a herbal touch of mint, minimally sweet, pale and caramel malty basis; super soft and smooth palate, gentle carbonation.

Aroma at first rosy apple then dough, then strawberries and cream. Pours hazy amber to light brown with an attractive, persistent white head of fine bubbly froth. Medium to sweet, but delicate with a surprisingly light bitterness. Wonderful creamy body with soft carbonation. Alcohol provides just the right body and backbone. Somewhat sudden finish but fits with the elegance overall.

Bottle from Oddbins. Appearance - bright amber with a generous fluffy head. A bit lively in fact. Nose - pine, grapefruit and fruit cake. Taste - very much, fruitcake again. Fresh pith on the finish. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - a well made ipa.
