COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It fights like a Bulldog on your palate - Brutal Bulldog Double IPA är en intensiv bekantskap.

Original description:
Test batch brewed together with Bishop’s Arms S:t Eriksgatan, Stockholm. Available for a limited time only on this pub.

Tydelig men allikevel behagelig humlet, velbalansert.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 15.06.15. Clear orange. Diminishing off-white head. Aroma of medium roasted malt, dark caramlel, brittle, Sevilla oranges and pine shoots. Similar taste. Round mouthfeel.

Bottle at home. Pours a clear, orange-amber color with a beige, creamy head. Aroma of caramel, pine, leather, flowers, tropical fruit and dried apricot. The flavor has more grassy hops, pine, grapefruit and caramel in the background. A little dry. Full bodied, and has a slick mouth feel. Powerful bitterness that lingers. A DIPA with a fruity aroma and hoppy flavor. The bitterness is on the edge of being unbalanced.

Super hoppy and strong double-IPA. Tons of new world aroma hops in taste, nicely bitter and refreshing. Strong beer, yet no noticeable booze. Funny, I remembered this one having lots of those tiny champagne bubbles, but actually the carbonation is quite flat in this one. Would have given even a higher rating if I’d got my bubbles.

Clear pale amber. Aroma of goosberries, hops, mang and malt. Taste a lot of tropical fruits, honney. Aftertaste of herbs and bitter dry malt. Nice white head and lacing.

Slightly hazy medium amber body with a small, off-white head. Very strong aroma of slightly overripe tropical fruits and caramel. Strong flavour of slightly overripe tropical fruits, caramel and lightly roasted malt. Moderate sweet taste that is accompanied by a quite heavy bitterness in the long-lasting finish. Mid-bodied, oily texture, moderate carbonation, some dryness in the aftertaste (despite the very long-lasting sweet taste). A very nice one.
