33cl bottle from Cunningham - thanks. Pours mahogany coloured with a small off-white head. Malty aroma with some hoppy notes. Malt and caramel with hints of roasty notes and mildly hoppy with citrus, pine and fruits. Sweet and malty with a decent bitterness and a bitter aftertaste with notes of citrus. Very decent for a Swedish "folköl"!

Big beige head. Clear deep dark red body with carbonation. Citric tropical fruit aroma with meaty caramelly perfumy notes. Dry-sweetish pineapple and dust taste with wooden caramelly notes. Mid-bodied. Sharpish mouthfeel. Dryish wooden caramelly aftertaste with dusty rye crisp bread and tropical fruit notes. Nice and drinkable. (0.33l bottle, Systembolaget, Charlottenberg.)

TheJestersBeer (1667) - SWEDEN - FEB 18, 2013
330ml bottle. Pours a deep clear copper, with a beige head. Hoppy aroma, caramel, orange peel, faint chocolate, apricot, resin, pine needles, lightly roasted. Dry, light to medium bodied, mid bitterness, balanced CO2. Hopy, quite malty taste, caramel, dried fruits, lightly earthy notes, apricot. Quite good for the ABV, but the overall impression is that of a slightly watered down beer. (2013-02-18)

Brown. Average head. Surprisingly hoppy and malty. It hast a fullbodied aroma and a nuanced flavor in a way I didn’t expect from a supermarket beer. Very nice surprise.

LookMomNoHands (1055) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JAN 31, 2013
Sample from 33 cl. bottle. Brown colour with a small, off-white head. Sweet aroma with caramel and toasted malts, dark bread, a hint of citrus hops. Taste is light bitter. Light body, average carbonation. Finishes lightly bitter with a fruity and spicy note. Actually rather nice for a Swedish low-alc. beer. Thanks joergen for sharing.
