Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup/yespr. Pours a clear orangey brown with a creamy beige head. Sweet roasted malt in the nose with a citrusy touch. Medium body, caramel and roasted malts with some fruitiness. Rather malt bitter finish. More than a Vienna really. 161209

Bottle from Systembolaget, Charlottenberg. A brilliant ruby-brown body, topped by a finger of tan, foamy bubbles. Well prononced, toasted and nutty malt aroma. Berry notes, and a fine hoppy scent. Medium strong malt body, caramelly and nutty, backed by some distinct fruity and spicy hops. Noticable alcohol heath, surprisingly light-bodied. Hint of Christmas spices in the ending.

Nice dark red color with very large tan head.
The aroma was not extreme in any way, some roasted tones of course, as well as fruity elements.
The flavor contained more than the smell, especially malt and toffee. Also some bread and marzipan and pepper. Aftertaste was slightly acidic.

Pale brown, average head. Malty and rich in fruity but bitter nuances. No excess of sugar. Very enjoyable with food as well as on its own.

AP: Amber, high stady golden brown head
F: well malty, medium + bitterness, a bitt peppery, a bit sweetness, a bit dryness, according to the wife loads of orange (???). Suits the christmas table well, ie dosen’t take to much place.
