3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
330 ml bottle. Dark red brown colour. Crystal clear. Medium-sized off-white head that clings to the glass. Raisiny and plummy nose. Smoky aromas. Melanoidins. Licorice and a little black pepper. Smooth malty flavours. Silky texture. Metallic hop bitterness with some acidity. Quite bitter, but that works quite well as there is a lot of malty flavours and a little sweetness to balance.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle from Systembolaget. It poured a very dark amber liquid with a medium sized light beige head. Flavour of malt, bread and dark bread. Semi-smooth mouthfeel, medium thick body and medium amount of carbonation. Not bad but it lacks something, like hops or spices or anything to make it a bit more interesting.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottled. Pours out in a brown colour with red edges topped with o low creamy off-white head. Rather fresh and citrousy aroma with notes of flowers, berries and caramel. Medium-bodied with rather clean notes of cramel, flowers and hay. Clean medium-bitter finish of Seville oranges, caramel, hay, aple malts, fudge and hay. A bit too streamlined.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
UPDATED: DEC 1, 2011 Dark ruby red with tanned head. Lots of hops in the aroma, some fruit, malt. Taste is also pretty hoppy and bitter at first and then comes some fruity maltiness. It ends bitter and dry. Not very sweet. The taste turns a bit thin in the middle. Kind of fun that it was so hoppy but it feels like something is missing. Ok though.

Pours brown with a tan head.
Nice amarillo hop aroma but with a more regular vienna style taste.
