Poured hazy pale orange, just shy of orange soda, with a thick white crown of 2 cm. The head stuck around for quite a while and left good lacing. Smells of citrus, floral hops--red licorice or something like it, sharp graininess... basically it smells like most of the decent Swedish beer I’ve sampled. Slightly thicker than crisp mouthfeel. Nicely hopped bitterness is up front when it hits the tongue, not overpowering the sweetish malts that move in. A touch of sour citrus is also there. A good beer. Not a great beer, but good enough.

Bottle. Hazy amber colour. Aroma mostly malty, caramel, metallic. Low intensity earthy hops. Taste mostly bitter, caramel, a bit alcohol in taste (maybe due to higher temperature) bit sour, unpleasant bitter aftertaste.

Bottle. Aroma fruity, peach, overripe. Estery, spicy, clove. Suhary. Hazy orange colour, stable white head. Taste is balanced, rather neutral, nothing too special. Spicy, bitter, light metallic. Rather thin bodied. Average.

Aroma of light malts. Dry mouthfeel, a simple but decent taste but in the end a slight metallic tone shows up. Medium bitterness,

330ml brown bottle poured into a Tulip glass. Appearance is hazy copper colored with a medium sized beige frothy head, that reduced quickly leaving a little lacing. Aroma of orange peels, bread and lemon zest. Flavours of orange peels, syrup loaf, lemon zest and spices. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter. Palate is medium-light bodied, smooth texture and average carbonation. Wisby Klosteröl is overall decent ale, a little too light bodied.

Anaranjada, un dedo de espuma. Algo turbia. Fuerte olor a malta cocida, incluso a distancia.
