Bottle. Clear amber colour with a little head. Aroma of malt and hints of hops. Flavour of malt, caramel and hints of some spices. Ends up bitter and sweet.

Jun 15, 2008 (Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of joergen. Vintage 2008. Pours a clear amber golden with a yellowish/beige head. Lightly sweet caramel aroma. Medium body, caramel and fruit and a fairly bitter finish. Not bad. 250308

Nut brown with a creamy head. Cookie dough and burnt pound cake on the nose. Sweet, malty flavour with notes of liquorice followed by a growing bitterness. Gets really bitter in the end.
Ungstrup (10824), Frederiksberg, Denmark
Apr 5, 2008 Bottled. A dark amber beer with no head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel and metal - I guess it is from the hops. The flavor is sweet matly with notes of caramel and metallic hops, leading to a dry bitter and slightly metallic finish. Nice body. Thanks joergen for fetching this in Sweden.

Mar 30, 2008 Dark amber with medium off white head. Sweet fruity aroma with notes of berries, caramel and roasted malt. Sweet flavor with fruits, caramel and hoppy notes. Ends dry and bitter.
