COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed at Spendrup’s microbrewery location in Visby, Gotland.
"A well hopped pils with higher bitterness.
Wisby Pils holds 37-38 EBU. The hop varietie used are Hallertau Perel and Saazer which are added at three different phases.
The beer is meant to represent the German school with short and intensive bitterness in the finish.
Wisby Pils is probably the only pils that is brewed on one part wheat malt and four parts barley malt."

Sample at Olstugan, Andra Lang. Poured a light straw, almost water colour. The aroma is light malt hop. The flavour is light bitter with a watery bland palate. Light bodied with average carbonation.

On bottle from Systembolaget Sælen. Golden color, good foam. Lightly hopped aromas, fruitiness, also some light citrus and malt: low/ medium aroma intensity. Light body & medium/light complexity- subtle. Good bitterness and balance. Enjoyable

Medel kropp.

Bottle BBE 08072014. Aroma has grassy hops and a small buttery side aroma. Mouthfeel is stingy and carbonated. Flavor has grassy hops and malts being quite basic. Aftertaste has a really stingy bitterness even though this isn’t that bitter. A tad weird but drinkable, the aftertaste is quite hideous and isn’t balanced with anything.
