Bottle from Systembolaget. Reddish brown beer with white head. Sweet caramel malt aroma with some grassy hops. Taste is sweet and malty too with a bitter ending. Interesting, more hoppy take on an oktoberfest beer.

mjs (5112) - Helsinki, FINLAND - NOV 20, 2011
(Draught at Man in the Moon, 20111115) The beer poured red and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, grass, caramell, mildly roastedness and medium bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. Nice malty lager with nothing really special.

0.33l bottle from Systembolaget Passagen, Stockholm. This one pours a clear light copperish body with a lacing off-white head. The aroma is kinda low and boring actually. Metallic hints with some hops and flower-water. Not bad, but just a bit boring. Average carbonation and a light oily mouthfeel. Flavors are a bit more interesting with caramel, a OK bitterness from the hops. Light drinkable without being too good. A average and drinkable beer.

Bottle 33cl from Mondial de la bière, a clear amber beer with good head. Nose is caramel like and well hopy. Aroma is very hopy on resin and nuts, some oranges notes too, a very nice marzen, long bitterness on aftertaste, low body.

En något fruktig och lite kryddig öl. Det är inget speciellt med den men den är lättsam, god och prisvärd. Det bör tilläggas att detta var en berusad recension.
