Keg at Ardbeg Embassy, Stockholm. Pours black-brown-red with a mocha-tan foam cap. Dark, toasty malt nose, burnt leaves, earth. Light sweet flavor with lots of dry, charred malts, gritty toast, soil, dirt, minerals and burnt grass bitterness. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Quite dry and bitter to finish, with rich charcoal, dark earth, dry cocoa, faint coffee grinds. Pretty gritty. Not bad. Nice charred wood notes, dustry cocoa.

Black in color with an off-white head. Roasted malt with a hint of toast and coffee. Really quite bland and somewhat watery. A mild acidity to it, too. The flavor is just bland and roasty. Some coffee and perhaps cocoa powder. Very little sweetness. Very dry and somewhat acidic. A little bit bitter, too.
