Bottle 500ml. @ home.
Unclear medium grey orange color, sparkling, with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, light to moderate yeasty, banana. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acrid bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is starts lively but ends quick flat. [20090816]

Draft at Stockholm Beer Festival 2008. A hazy orange beer with a huge lazing orangey head. The aroma is sweet with notes of clovew, banana, and wheat. The flavor is primarily wheaty with a dry wheaty finish. The body is thin.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a white head. Medium dry wheaty and light malty, light estery aroma. Flavour is acidic, solid wheat banana and with a light estery note into the finish. Light acidic finish.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of joergen. Pours a hazy golden with a dense off-white head. Lots of banana and yeast in the nose. Medium-bodied with some banana, cloves and yeast. Rather hoppy finish. 160408

Bottled. Aroma is sweet malts, wheat, some hops and quite much citrus. Mild notes of banana. Flavour is sweet malts, wheat, lots of citrus and some sllight notes of caramel.

UPDATED: APR 28, 2008 Bottled. Cloudy straw colour with creamy head. Evident aroma of ripe banana and cloves. Sweet and fruity, very estry with evident wheat malt character. Dries out towards a thinning finish. Remains a very drinkable summer beer. Has all the flavour I want in a hefeweizen, but the mouthfeel is perhaps somewhat bold.

Bottle. Hazy amber coloured with a small white ehad. Sweet aroma of malts, bananas and caramel with spicy notes. Sweet and spicy flavour of caramel and bananas with notes of hops. Dry hoppy finish.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange yellow colow with a large white head. Fruity malty banana aroma. Sweet malty spicy and slightly bitter flavor. Dry wheat malty finish with hints of bananas and a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Bottle, 5.2%. Rough breadiness in the aroma, metal and meat. Cloudy dark orange colour. Unstable head. Thin mouthfeel. Rough bitterness in the flavour, not spicy or estery. Has a little wheat mouthfeel in the finish. Quite boring.

Bottle. Small head with very short duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are nice banana, sweet malt, yeast and notes of hops.
