Flavour is sweet malts, wheat, lots of citrus and some sllight notes of caramel. JustinBathurst (124), Corner Brook, Newfoundland, Canada Jun 26, 2008 Appearance is hazy yellow with white head around 2 cm.
The aroma is citrus, cloves, and banana. As expected.
The mouthfeel is slick, with much less carbonation than the usual hefeweizen.
The taste is much like the smell, but more astringent than usual. Very aspirin.
Not bad, but not the best hefeweizen I’ve ever had. Overall, I find it lacks punch and the aftertaste is much too aspirin for my liking.
