Wisco Disco is a deep amber colored beer, with rich malt and hop flavors. We brew this beer with a small amount of milk sugar (or lactose). This gives Wisco Disco its smooth body, and makes it a perfect match to pair with your favorite cheeses. Wisco Disco is brewed with five different malts, and four giant hop additions for huge flavor. Wisco Disco is not pasteurized, but cold conditioned, leaving it naturally cloudy, and refreshing.

We love this beer. Looks great in the glass, has a nice mouth feel with a tasty hop flavor that keeps us coming back for more.

Aroma is toasted/earthy malts, very light citrus and nutty/slightly musty notes. The flavor is nutty malts, citrus/fruit, earthy/slightly dirty and a tart/very lightly bitter finish.

Reddish amber. Nose of sugary toasted malt and light hops. Flavor is biscuit and toasted nut with some grassy hops. A mildly off-putting flavor combo.

Flight at HopCat in Madison. An average amber with a nutty flavor and some hoppy bitterness. Nothing remarkable but was always consistent and rewarding.

Been seeing this one on the store shelves for a couple years, finally decided to try it. pours a slightly murky copper with a decent beige head. Aroma of malt & hay. Taste is malty, but with some hoppy bitter. Semi-sweet then slightly bitter. Hop presence is evident, but not forward. Mild bitter linger on the finish. Well balanced and refreshing. Not sure what took me so long to try it. A solid amber.

Appearance was very good with a huge, thick, creamy, cream-colored, long lasting head, lots of lace, and an opaque amber color. Aroma was fruity, malty, slightly hoppy. Flavor’s like nose with bittersweet and carbonic tang nicely balanced. Great body. Super easy drinking.

(retrieved from 08/2013 Midwest jpg backlog, 16oz can 4pack for the road, featured & chilled at Ridgeview Liquor, Green Bay). Grain-heavy deep corn yellow, grainy in look and nose, with a sulphuric rather than toasted, and near-vegetal saturated corn starch edge, near Dortmunder German cow fodder. Slightly oily, caramel taste of grains balanced by harsh and grassy hops on something that feels like a Märzen brewed according to amber ale traditions. A bit of a transatlantic beer culture accident in this sense, but a funky one. That 70s Show label sure did lure me in...
