COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Wisco Disco is a deep amber colored beer, with rich malt and hop flavors. We brew this beer with a small amount of milk sugar (or lactose). This gives Wisco Disco its smooth body, and makes it a perfect match to pair with your favorite cheeses. Wisco Disco is brewed with five different malts, and four giant hop additions for huge flavor. Wisco Disco is not pasteurized, but cold conditioned, leaving it naturally cloudy, and refreshing.

The aroma of chocolate and caramel malts dominate. This beer appears a deep ruby red, with a pillowy white head, and perfect lacing on my glass. Malt flavors are powerful, although well balanced by a good use of resiny hop flavors and aromas. A wonderful example of a unfiltered american amber ale.

Both can and tap. Super solid amber ale! Good color, head, and lacing. Excellent creamy, malty taste with hoppy end. Great balance of powerful malty flavors and strong hops. Subtlety and balance is key with this really enjoyable american amber which I will definitely be drinking again during summer grilling or pre-game debacle!

Picked up a few cans last time I was in the area - excellent amber with an initial creamy maltiness followed by a definite hop bitterness on the back end. Overall balanced flavors with bready malts and floral hops blending well - nothing over-exaggerated. Mouthfeel is fantastic with the added lactose. Good lacing on the glass, fairly mild but hoppy aroma. As a certified BJCP judge I can say this beer is spot on style; Wisco Disco nears the top of my list as an excellent session beer. Can’t wait for distribution to expand.

An amber beer with a lightly carbonated little white headed beer. A taste of carmel and a pinch of bitter chocolate. A medium body well rounded beer. One of my favorites! I’m going to by it when its in the store.

UPDATED: NOV 18, 2013 Its a good refreshing beer, nothing outrageously special however. Good aroma but ordinary on taste. Very well put together, I’d buy it again

Delightful from start to finish. BEAUTIFUL color on this amber-style ale. Nice malty aroma with subtle hoppiness. Very smooth on the palate. A great overall beer.

Picked up a four pack at Ridgeview Liquor in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Pours a clear amber light brown colored brew with an average sized off-white head that slowly dissipates and leaves behind some spotty lacing. Aroma of fruity and citrus hops, some caramel malts, a touch of apple and a hint of toffee. Taste is medium bodied, some average carbonation with flavors of caramel malt, some fruity hops, and some mild resin. Finish is semi-sweet at first followed by a sharp, spicy hop presence that slowly disappears. One of the better Americanized amber ales I’ve tried. It even goes well with a plate of Brunkow’s baked cheese.
