Serve in Dimpled mug, Lager glass, Stein

Bottle. Light sourmalt and bread aroma. Golden, Yeast in the bottom, low carbonation, low white head. Bready base, light hop balance. medium to light body, flat mouthfeel.

Bottle. Shining yellow color, discreet fizzy aspect with light and escaping head. Much sweet and cake aroma with notes of grain, banana, honey. Not much crisp taste, homogenous, lightly bitter content and sweetish final.

slightly hazy amber colour with a little, stable but unregular foam; a hint of cookie maltiness and a flowery touch in the nose; medium-bodied and a little bit oily; quite on the sweet side; moderate maltiness in a quite short and boring aftertaste - not bad but inoffensive and terribly boring

Hazy golden color. Quite nice malty aroma and taste, correctly bitter, simple and balanced.
The only drinkable beer from this brewery, Mr. Arrogant Francesco Vismara...
