500ml bottle from a Doemens instructor. Pours a cloudy orange colored body with a finger-width, creamy and frothy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is very pleasant banana and wheat notes with touches of orange peel. Flavor is similar. Clean wheats, banana, a light clove, touches of orange peel, and just a light bitterness. Finishes clean and somewhat dry before leaving a medium length aftertaste. Light, smooth body and a soft, medium-light carbonation. Overall, a really well done hefe. This bottle is pretty fresh and I’d guess some of the other reviews were of older samples. Solid wheat, banana, clove, and orange peel with a very smooth, clean body. Good one.

Bottle, dunkelweizen 6.5% ? Quite dusty aroma. Muddy brown , low brown head. Citric start, orangepeel. Dusty, dry mouthfeel. Quite dry citruspeel finish.

Hazy blond color, poor head. Aroma of paper, some malt, light spices, light fruitness. Weak mouthfeel, light wet cereals taste, light residual sweetness, plastic touch. Watery final. Useless.
