3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle @ home. Clear golden color, some tiny debris floating around, medium head. Aroma of a little malt, not much hop, soft cacao and some spicy herbal yeast notes. Soft taste, bit sweet, some chocolaty notes, bit spicy. Interesting about this beer is that if you wouldnít know it was a blonde beer and would taste it blind, you might have the feeling this was a darker abbey double kind of beer. :-)

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Looks like a regular standard pilsener or pale lager, but the smell and taste are less good. Not much more to tell about this beer. Taste, rate, forget.

2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and even of structure. The beer also contained much carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a thick dark blond color and a light sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a cocao touch . This beer smells dusty.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
330ml bottle (Cracked Kettle, Amsterdam)
5 Slightly alcoholic sweet fruity grainy aroma, peaches and apricots.
4 Hazy orange, small head.
5 Again a little bit alcoholic in the retronasals, but not boozy as such, touch of glue in places, and some pencil sharpenings. Taste is dry and bitter, but also quite thin. If it was good it would be delicate, but as itís not so good itís just thin.
3 Smooth palate, gentle carbonation. Finish is again dry, some pencil sharpenings.
20 Uninspired. These guys can do better when they do bigger beers. Gets better as it warms, as the pleasant esters get to express themselves more than the alcohol and less pleasant spikes better.
