Bottle @ home. Full 33cl sample. The aroma has grainy malts, little grass, cardboard. Bit hazy, golden coloured with a whin-medium, white head. The taste is light-moderate sweet, light bitter, has grain, cardboard, yeast tones, some citrus in the palate. Not too good.

Gedronken @ biergilde hoorn. Goudgeel troebel bier.

A bit thin and watery. Taste is quite mild. The brewer’s claims of having character are somewhat overblown. Not awful by any stretch of the imagination, but just not the most enticing Dutch beer.

(Wispe Blond) Tap at Burg Bieren Festival, 200 ml. Clear golden orange on the body, tall and thick white head. Okay retention, leaving medium lacing behind. Light malty aroma, with some floral notes accompanying it. Sweet taste with malts, sugars, grass. Nice bitterness on the aftertaste though. Thin body, okay carbonation, nicely dry. Okay beer to session.
