Cask, Leicester Beer Fest 05. Black with a beige bubbly head. Aromas are earthy, dry and fruity with licourice. Flavours are roast malts with berries and not a great deal of licourice. Dry and earthy on the aftertaste. Soft on the palate with a gently sparkle.
