Bottle conditioned. Amber, orange, brown with minimal head. Aromas are dry, earthy hops with fruity sourness. Flavours are earthy hops with light caramel malts. Not as sour as the aroma with tea and some pear. Dry on the finish. Not impressed so far with the Wissey Valley bottling.
