3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Deep golden color pour with a big creamy head. Aroma of light fruit, malt, spicy hops and yeast. Flavor is sweet and fruity, most notably peaches, apples and citrus. Finishes with a slightly bitter hop bite and a hit of alcohol. Creamy, well carbonated on the palate. Very good.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle corked & caged from Natomas BevMo. Orange tinged golden color with a two finger white head. Aromas of pale malt, citrus, light stone fruits, and mild yeast. Medium body with creamy carbonation. Flavor is sweet malt, light fruit, mild spicey hop - grassy? Each mouthful starts a bit sweet, but it reduces towards moderate astringency or bitter. Perhaps tilted a bit towards a tripel. The alcohol is not noticeable, except in my brain. Not a waste of money - it’s a pretty good ale.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours hazy gold with a huge white head. Thick lacing. Apples, honey, musty yeast, bananas, and soap in the nose. Super-sweet to the point it became too much. Honey, saaz, grain, sugar, banana, fruit, and more sugary sweetness. Good in moderation. Find a couple people to drink the 750 ml bottle with.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
A superb pour complete with tall rising froth that lingers leaving textbook lacing. Aromas are strong with banana gum and tropicals. Full nectar with ample residual effers. The texture is pillow soft. Strong flavors with a moderate sweetness factored in. A huge malty backbone accompanied by a defined peachpit hop presence creates a sort of balance but this brew is so rich it seems impossible. Banana gum, vanilla bean, citrus, and stone fruit. The finish is bittered pleasantly. A solid brew true to it’s style.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours with deep golden hue with a fairly large white head that is mostly diminishing.
Aroma is of yeast, bread, and hops. Weird spicy aroma permeating from the glass as well. Some light citrus aroma as well.
Very strange taste.....Initially it is very sweet and tastes like very sweet fruits - dark fruits especially. Strange considering it is not a dark beer. Finish is acidic, spicy and lightly bitter.
Medium to the palate with lively carbonation. A descent beer, but not my favorite Belgian Strong.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Poured a deep golden with a intantly dissapeering white fizzy head. Big yeaty aroma with little other belgian charecteritics, some spice. Flavor is actually a bit creamy at first then heads to a watery grave. Decent spice on the palte.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A surprisingly apply aroma, with a bit of soap. Light and bublyy, with some spice in the finish. This beer seems very tasty up front, but as you go through the beer, it doesn’t end that good.

1.4 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Head is initially small, fizzy/frothy, off-white, mostly diminishing.
Body is hazy medium amber.
Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (grain, husks),
trace hops (herbs),
with notes of DMS, celery, fusel alcohol, plastic.
Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter, husky, unclean.
Medium body, watery texture, lively/fizzy carbonation, moderately alcoholic.
Hilariously bad. Smells like malt liquor. Bad malt liquor. Zero Belgian character. No head, fizzy, watery, vegetal, fusel, you name it. Undrinkable.
