bottled - pours a dark and bright ruby-brown-tainted, creamy head leaving a wonderful lacing; it has a complex aroma, full of character:apple, caramel and alcohol are immediately noticable, notes of bread comes also while the beer is getting warmer; very creamy mouthfeel, full-bodied, mainly sweet with a touch of finishing sourness, long malty and fruity finish - very good stuff !

Jun 8, 2008 @Blind Tiger-on tap-pours an off white ring and dark brown color. Aroma is mild sweet medium malt, dark fruit. Taste is sweet medium malt, dark fruit, rock candy, some hops bite. Good effervescence.
