33cl bottle. Yellow and clear liquid. Almost like champagne. White, snowy and medium head. Nose : Citrus fruits , hay and bread malts. Yeast. Smells a bit like white beer (blanche). Spicy pepper and clove. Dry nose overall. Sip : Not dense but still oily with aggressive carbonation. Little sweet with dry notes. Dryness continue till the end. Sour notes from yeast and spices (nose) are present in this dry end. Overall it’s a decent dry beer. Good for meals.

(2007)Hazy golden color with a fine sized white head. Good spicy taste with medium carbonation. (much sediment) Tasted at the Århus Syd wheat beer tasting 2007.

Bottle...as stimulo.... It pours clear golden with large fluffy white head... the aroma is hoppy,yeast and some flowers... the flavor is hoppy, bitter, yeast... dry bitter finish....

Bottle as Stimulo. Pours hazy golden with a big fluffy white head. The aroma is earthy hoppy with notes of spices and yeast. The flavour is quite dry and hoppy with notes of clove and spices. Dry hoppy grassy finish. Very nice.

Fra fat på Staminee de Garre i Brugge 4 Mai 11. Appelsinfarget. Litt uklar. Lavt, lyst skum. Søt, syrlig aroma. Søt krydret smak. Lite variert. Syrlig preg. Bar navnet Pater Stimulo for anledningen.

Bottle in tulip glass. Light yellow colour with thick foamy white head. Bubblegum aroma. Slightly sweet aroma. Not huge flavour here, but decent beer.

On draught at the Brouwzaele. Cloudy pale blond with big white head. Don’t remember it tasting like this before, but was very nice. Aroma very saison-like, bubblegum, and fruity. Taste was a bit creamy, yeasty and nice and fruity. Not much bitterness and very crisp. A definite good’un.
