11.2 oz bottle 7/24/13 (Binny’s Naperville)-50° in Trappist Glass-Pours a hazy yellowish golden with a big head that dissipates quickly. Aroma of yeast, grains, and spices. Taste of yeast, spices, and grains. This light bodied brew is a nice drinking Belgian.

330ml bottle @Cimmeria, Oviedo. Some sweet, herbal and yeasty aromas. Pours very hazy, golden, with frithy white head, persistent, poor lacing. Medium body, average carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is sweet, a bit spicy, some caramel, sweet aftertaste. Average belgian ale.

Levend bier is written on the label of the witkap stimulo. This must refer to the yiest which is prominent both in the aroma as in the taste. The head collapses pretty fast. Apart from the yiest some citric and spicy flavor. Overall a decent beer.

Bottle from Beautiful Beers, Bury St Edmunds. Very fizzy on pouring, creating a very large white head. Hazy golden yellow colour. Strong yeast aroma, fruity and with citrus hops. Rather sweet, with a slight bitterness too. Texture is sticky and oily. Enjoyable nevertheless.

Pale and yellow colour, fine and pillowy head. Looks and smells like a good weizen (I guess because of the corn): fresh, lively, flowery and some spices. A lot of carbonation is going on. Medium to light body. Fresh, sour, refreshingly bitter. Well balanced finish. Pleasant, but more a weizener than a blond.
