Cloudy yellow golden color with a fine white head. Yeast, herbs(coriander) and citric aroma. Medium (+) body and a fine carbonation. Fine balance between sweetness and acidity. Yeast, coriander/herbs, citric and fruity flavor. Dangerously easy drinkable Belgian beer. Tasty and refreshing stuff.

Witkap Pater Stimulo bottle. Pours hazy golden with a thick frothy white head. Good lacing. Strong yeasty aroma. Some spices far away, sometic metallic as well. Taste is yeasty, light fruity, mildly sweet with clear notes of cloves and wheat. A bit on the bland side, but in general pretty refreshing and light. Pretty witbier-like actually. Duration is not that long though. Medium bodied, thinnish texture and soft carbonated. Not a bad brew in general. Bit lacking in terms of aroma, but stable in terms of taste. Good thirst quencher.

Cebada y maiz. Color pajizo, turbia y con sedimento. Aroma cítrico y como a sidra natural. Lo confirma en el sabor, donde sigue recordando a sidra. Muy extraña. Hay que acostumbrarse.

330ml bottle at Café De Spuyt in Amsterdam (€4.00): Very enjoyable from the start, really fresh and lively with a crisp and clean feel that helped it go down remarkably easy. The fruit flavours and touches of sweetness worked well together and the balance of the beer was excellent, this is definitely on that I wouldn’t mind trying again.
