mjs (458), Finland May 14, 2008 (Bottle at Poirotti on 2008-04-25) Light amber colour. White medium sized head. Fruitiness from yeast in nose. Palate is quite acidic and bit dry. Taste is a combination of yeast, small amounts of malts and hop bitterness. Stinging aftertaste.
DeadGuyFrank (319), http://westchesterbeer.com, USA Aug 4, 2008 This Belgian single is an easy drinking, super tasty aroma rich beer that shatters any conception of singels you may have had, A great everyday Belgian. DrDavid (61), , Vermont, USA Aug 2, 2008 (Bottle). Fresh fruit aroma. Hazy light golden color. Very small head. Flavor is pineapple and pear, light bodied. Lingering mild finish. Pleasant, not spectacular. Gregis (872), Overland Park, Kansas, USA Aug 1, 2008 Bottle purchased at Corral Liquors in Granite City, IL. Pours a hazy gold with a thin, creamy, white head that diminishes fairly quickly. Some fine sediment floats suspended in the glass as well. The nose is a bright, citric, Belgian yeastiness and a mild mineral note over a clean, almost wheaty, light malt character. Light to medium-bodied and creamy-soft (again, almost wheaty) with a lightly dry mineral finish. Light and bright with yeasty and mineral characteristics backed by a just a touch of citrus. Not bad at all. MuttyD (61), Cambridge, USA Jul 28, 2008 Apples, citrus, and yeast in the nose and flavor. Grainy and dry finish. Very drinkable. BoBoChamp (588), Gent, Belgium Jul 23, 2008 33cl, alias Witkap Pater Stimulo, from De hopduvel Gent, easy to drink, not complex, hazy, nearly no head, simpel brew
