Draught@Viisi Penniä, Helsinki. Cloudy golden color, rich white head. Strong hoppy aroma with citric notes. Surprisingly easy flavor that starts out with hops and rounds out to a malty finish. Medium-full body, medium carbonation. Nice!

Flaske 0,33l på Staminee de Garre i Brugge 4 Mai 11. Gylden. Litt uklar. OK luftig skum. Søt krydderaroma. Smaken søt fruktig og uforandret. Bra øl men litt kjedelig.

33cl tap at Moeder Lambic in Brussels. Almost yellow fluo with a very big white head. Nose : Strong yeast and citrus notes. It smells like Belgian white beer. Sip : Very smooth, little watery. Small carbonation. Strong citrus notes : dominating lemon. Yeasty soap like aromas. Bitter after taste. Hey ! It’s a really surprising good white beer. Original trippel.

Bottle... Instantly gushing but settled to a golden-yellow with a huge white head. A little bit of drying yeast with grassy hop characters. Some light malts but ultimately one dimensional. Wheat, citrus, and a spiced finish.

Bottle. Golden, small to average, hazy and mostly diminishing head. Moderate, malty - lightly wheaty and sweetish aroma, some fruitiness and some citrus with light spiciness (coriander), some yeast. Body is medium, malty - lightly wheaty and lightly sweetish flavor, some spiciness with light citrus and faint yeast. Finish is short to average, malty - lightly wheaty and lightly sweetish, light citrus and some sharp spiciness - vegetables, some alcohol. Lightly sweetish tripel - flavor/finish lacks the fruitiness.
