Pours a slightly cloudy gold with some white head. Nose is strong with yeast and sweetness. Flavor is almost like cake (that is the first thing that came to my head) and on the very end you get a sudden slap of yeast. I think the cake reference is due to a doughy and almost cake like character. As I drink on I find that there is a woody middle flavor. Feel is not highly carbonated, so there isn’t much bubble on the tongue. Drinkable. I would go back to this one again, but not before taking a stroll through several other tripels.

33cl bottle split with a friend. Pours a clear yellow with an off-white head. Aroma’s of malt, yeast and grass. Malty sweetish taste with notes of fruits and grass and a bit hoppy. Finish is kind of dry and hoppy. Low carbonation.

Une triple élégante et fruitée, souple et équilibrée qui manque un peu de profondeur après la papegeai, mais qui reste agréable.

Bottle 75cl. It pours a light pale yellow with an offwhite moussy head. Aroma of malt, yeast and some fruity esters, notes of honey, grass. Taste of sweet malt, an almost honeylike, yeasty, light hoppy aftertaste. Fruity hints in the middle, with grass notes and slightly doughy. There’s a very tiny silt edge in the aftermath, with that light dry, hoppy aftertaste and very light carbonation.. A classic indeed.

Yellow colour, white head, aroma of citrus, belgium yeast, floral and herbs. Taste is light sour, light body, thin texture, average to fizzy carbonation.

Riktigt trevlig.

Bottle 33cl. Hazy yellow gold with a firm white head. Aroma has malts and a sour touch that reminds me of weizen. The taste is also a lot like weizen (or witbier), but of course the higher alcohol percentage takes it to the tripel level.

Murkey yellow honey pour with strong but modest head. Sediment on the bottom. Aroma is relatively fruity: pear, apple, pear pulp, fresh hay. Aroma returns in the taste, although a taste of boiled potato and asperagus is also discernible now. Aftertaste is slightly sticky. Very easily drinkable. Refreshing.

Bottle of 75cl. Metallic aroma, yeasty. Very bad smell. Too sweet, yeasty, sorry but really bad, please stick to whitbier. Horrible metallic taste, no hops or botterness or fruitiness. Basically nothing I'm lookin for in beer.
