750 ml bottle into tulip glass, best before 7/4/2014. Pours extremely hazy golden orange color with a nice 2 finger dense off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of orange, pear, apple, lemon, orange rind, apple skin, coriander, light banana, floral, wheat, bread, pepper, clove, and earthy yeast esters. Nice and pleasant aromas; with good balance and complexity of malt, spices, and yeast esters. Taste of pear, apple, orange zest, lemon, light banana, wheat, coriander, bread, honey, floral, light clove, and earthy yeast esters. Lingering notes of light fruits, citrus, wheat, coriander, light clove, bread, honey, and earthy yeast esters on the finish for a bit. Very nice balance and complexity of flavors; with a good malt/spice balance, but feels a bit toned down in flavor for 7.5%; with zero cloying flavors present after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a fairly creamy and smooth mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with hardly any warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is a very good high gravity witbier. Very nice balance and complexity of flavors; and very smooth and easy to sip on. A very enjoyable offering.

a pleasant nose and flavor of spices and fruit, though a touch sweet. bigger bodied than is normal for the style, which I liked at first, but not as much by the end.

Originally rated on 8/2/14. The beer pours a hazy orange color with a large white head. The aroma is has quite a bit of wheat in it, as well as some coriander and citrus notes. The flavor is more of the same with wheat and coriander notes, yeasts and something that reminded me of Flintstones vitamins for some strange reason.Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.Overall it was just o.k.

Old rating. Hazy yellow. Pretty standard wit - clov, banana, yeast, wheat, slightly sour and heavy handed with spices. Okay.

Bottle poured hazy gold color with frothy white head. Heavy doughy, earthy aroma. Silky on the tongue with very light carbonation. Starts sweet and ends with just a hint of bitterness.

Poured a hazy dark yellow gold with a thin white head that left thin lacing. Aroma is of biscuit, spiced yeast, and banana. Flavor is sour yeast, grain, herbal spice, and banana with citrus. Light bodied with sharp carbonation ending in a tart crisp finish.

hazy yellow colour, moderate sized dense head; aroma of caramel, biscuity notes, some coriander and maybe banana; taste is the same with minimal citruses;correct witbier, but definitely not the best one I have tasted
