Sampled at an esbls tasting. I brought this one. Very hazy orange gold with a decent even layer of white foam. The nose is apples and yeast with light fruit. Not a lot of flavor. Wheat, and apples are prominent. Alcohil is tasted but is not over bearing and bitterness is mild. Carbonation is significant. This needs more going on.

750ml Bottle: Faint aroma of wheat and orange. Poured orange in color with a loose, white head that disappeared quickly, but was later reconstituted by the carbonation. Cloudy. Very sparkling. Flavor is medium sweet. Tastes of wheat, orange, grain, corn, and citrus. Medium body. Oily, then lightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Wheat, corn, husk finish is medium sweet and lightly dry. 7.5%ABV is completely hidden throughout.

FROTHINGSLOSH (4943) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 1, 2012
Sampled on draft at Dís in Monroeville this beer poured a murky orange-amber color with a medium sized foamy off white head that lingered and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was yeasty and bready with light notes of orange and pepper. The flavor was tart orange zest, lemon and tangy bread with hints of nut and pepper. The finish was long orange, bread and a touch of honey. Fairly full bodied. Enjoyable.

On tap at ít Lommertje. Hazy deep golden colour, white head. Aroma of spices, mainly ground cloves and nutmeg, coreander, sweet Belgian White aroma. Flavour is medium-sweet, some wheat, ground cloves, nutmeg, light bitter spicy finish. Medium-bodied, smooth. I quite liked this.

1/IV/13 - 75cl bottle from De Hopduvel (Gent) @ home - BB: ?? (2013-289)

Cloudy orange to muddy amber beige beer, creamy irregular off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: grains, bit spicy, sweet malts, honey, sugary, yeasty, bit bready. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet malty start, honey, little bitter, sourish touch, grains. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, spicy, sourish, herbal, grains.

750 graciously shared by Anndiesel. Unfiltered, deep orange color. Big, foamy, off white head. Wheaty orange aroma. Itís a decent beer, more of a one and a half than a double. Decent beer, some orange-lemon-lime citrus tones. Almost like a Belgian version of a Bruery beer, if that makes any sense. Sugary. An OK beer, but at 9.99 a 750ml, itís way overpriced.
