Pinball (2693), Allerød, Denmark Aug 12, 2008 aroma is okay but not outstanding, beer looks true to style, flavor is a little sweet i miss some sourness or citrus to balance, refreshing but boring. Beerman6686 (1266), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA Aug 5, 2008 Pours a cloudy yellow color with a white head. Aroma is really fruity, orange peel and coriander. Flavor is much the same, with a nice spicy finish. I think this is a bit underated. nuplastikk (1161), Madison, Wisconsin, USA Aug 4, 2008 11.2 oz can. Ultra hazy yellow-vanilla color with a steady, foamy head. Mild lemon peel and brewery aroma. On the vanilla creamy side of a Wit, as opposed to the ones dominated by citrus or spice. Deliciously refreshing, with a nice yeasty taste with some faint lemony wheat earthiness in the background. An extremely enjoyable beer. GMCC2181 (846), Bear, Delaware, USA Jul 29, 2008 12oz bottle. Murkey yellow in color, lots of floaties in it. Ok head. Aroma is spicy citrus aroma. Taste is the same. Light medium texture, easy to drink. Overall an ok witbier. larsniclas (3383), Gothenburg, Sweden Jul 27, 2008 Bottled.
Hazy golden with a small, white head.
Spicy and yeasty in both aroma and flavour.
Fresh pomerance. Wim (1278), Turnhout, Belgium Jul 17, 2008 cloudy white yellow coloured body with a white head a sweet spicy citrus aroma a sweet spicy little fruity taste with a spicy bitter finish Sandman2222 (42), Florida, USA Jul 14, 2008 Great beer. I like the can effect. Though being steel, it makes me sad to tip the beer to my lip and find nothing left. Smells of wheat and some straw. Tastes of wheat banana, and citrus. Very well done. GreenWall (53), Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada Jul 13, 2008 Updated: Aug 1, 2008Hazy golden, copious white moussey head. Coriander/citrus plus mystery spice (fennel?) in the (slightly soapy?) aroma, a tad vegetal. Plenty of wheat twang with background pils sweetness. Fruity/citrus, floral, very mild phenolics, and a hit of aluminum from the can I poured it out of. Were it fresher, spicier, and packaged better, it could be a solid solid wit.
