Pours a cloudy yellow. Aromas of orange and spice. Flavor has too much orange, White beers aren’t high on my list. But this one wasn’t that bad.

A- This was poured into a frosted Wittekerke glass and served. The body is a hazy straw yellow but I could not tell how hazy due to the glassware used. Big fluffy white head that slowly settled to 1/2 finger. Lots of lacing left behind in the glass. S- Big citrus nose upfront. Lemons hit the nose immediately. Coriander also has a strong presence. Yeast is there but hidden in the background. T- Very similar to the smell. The main character to this beer is citrus. A good balance of coriander, sweet bready yeast, and minimal hops make up the backbone. The taste is consistent all the way through with citrus and yeast lingering. Great-but could use more yeast. P- Medium to high carbonation and full yeasty body. Goes down easy with no thin water-like qualities. O- This a delicious, drinkable, and sessionable witbier. Low on alcohol and big on flavor. Probably best as a summer beer but can be enjoyed year-round. Serving type: on-tap Reviewed on: 08-21-2007 16:23:41

Pours hazy yellow with a decent size head. Aromas of slight coriander, citrus, yeasty malts. Flavor is same as nose and spices as well. Great beer for a hot day and digging the can.

hazy yellow pour with a small white head. Aroma is grainy, lemon zest, and ammonia. flavor is lightly grainy, some lemon, just not good. I’m not sure why this can was so bad, I’ve had great examples of this beer. It’s fresh too. 8/11 expiration date.

Can. Hazy yellow, white hlow, medium head. Aroma is faint, some citrus, some malt. Flavour is very fresh, with fruit, citrus and some spices. Very refreshing and highly drinkable Belgian white, it’s gone before you know it.

Can at home. Hazy yellow pour, thin creamy white head. Aroma of citrus, wheat and some sour fruits. Flavor is a lot of citrus fruits, some sugary sweetness and a slightly acidic finish. Very refreshing, slightly artificial. Low carbonation and a slightly creamy texture.

12-oz can. Pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, citrus, banana, spices. Flavor is citrusy, unfiltered wheat, lemon, fruits a touch of tartness. Just OK for me. The degree of sourness turned me off.

Not liking this one. Pours thick and looks like lemonade with a thin white head lasting throughout. Slight citric notes in the aroma. Tastes really wheaty, very dry. Slight lemon/lime taste. Tastes like sour lemonade in dire need of more sugar. Weak flavors and thick mouth feel make this one forgettable at best.
