Bottle pours cloudy straw with a creamy white head. Aroma is sweet with a lot of citrus followed up by wheat, dough, and a slight amount of coriander. Flavor shows the same with emphasis on the citrus. Overall body is light to moderate with soft carbonation.

Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of sweet malt, citrus notes, and a hint of grassy hops. Flavor is grainy, tart wheat, metal, with a lightly bitter finish.

Draught. A yellow color with a creamy white head. Herbal and floral aromas also wheat. Flavor is lightly bitter ending after a stronger sweet start. Highly carbonated.

Cloudy pale appearance, nice beer aroma, easy smooth taste, nothing special just a good drink I’d buy again.

Shrink-wrapped sixer. Very easy to find at most BevMo’s in California, I picked this up at the last second before heading out of a friends house. Aroma is clearly dominated by the citrusy orange/lemon angle. Body is a pale yellow golden color with a huge 2" off white merengue head. Very impressive looking in my Duvel glass. Very citrusy on the palate, with just a smidge of the classic corriander and lacking any pepperyness. Clean wheat malts seem to avoid any conflict with the citrus in this beer. Clean, crisp finish....easy drinking.

Nice, hazy yellow color. Very nice Belgian white. Drink with an orange slice. Although nothing terribly complex about it, still one of my everyday favoriate beers, as I am partial to Belgian whites.

Location: On Tap at Capital Ale House, 12/26/09

Overall Impression: This is one I have had plenty of times before, so I’m surprised I haven’t rated it. This is the first time I’ve had this one in a while, so I figured I’d grab a glass on tap. Its a hazy yellow beer, typical look and feel for a Belgian White. A nice beer, clean, wheaty, drinkable.
