Draft. Pours a pale watery looking yellow. Aroma was off in my glass. Tasted fairly citrusy/acidic. Not my favorite witte.

Pours a very pale hazy straw color with a thin white head. Nose is coriander, honey, allspice. Flavor is predominately coriander, with some orange citrus and more allspice. Clean finish. Rather watery. Pretty good witbier.

Bottle, 25 cl. Cloudy light yellow color, with medium white head. Aroma citrus, yeast and bit spicy. Medium body. Taste is refreshing but an ordinary witbier some sweetness, citrus, malts, yeast. Not bad.

Poured from the can into a glass. Very cloudy pale yellow appearance, thin white head. Citrusy aroma, slightly floral. Full, clean, and satisfying mouthfeel. Sweet fruitiness in the middle, with some citrus notes in the aftertaste. A refreshing beer. Very drinkable and enjoyable.

Courtesy Haskell’s. Pours light gold with a very small white head that diminishes with haste. Random clumps of lace. Sniffs of citrus and cream-of-wheat. Same flavors with a hint of coriander. A bit thin bodied, but well balanced with the medium carbonation. Very smooth and refreshing. A supreme beach beer that is great straight out of the can.

Draught @ 9th Belgian Beer Weekend, Brussels. Hazy light yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, sweet, earth, dust. Initial flavor is moderate sweet, finish flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. (Malt bitter) Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (020907)

This is part of a beer club. Had only one bottle but was decent for the price. Poured great and had a nice finish. Would do again.

9/19/07 From the bottle. Aroma is tannic citrus forward followed by coriander and some fruity pepper phenols. Appearance is a hazy straw with a good white head. Flavor is sweet wheat malt forward followed by a big fruit mixture of lemon, orange, some fruitier coriander notes and no real bittering. Mouthfeel is medium/low bodied with light creaminess, a light spritzy feel and a lightly sweet, clean finish. Overall, very refreshing and easy drinking.
