Aug 18, 2007 Poured a hazy straw color with a two-finger fluffy white head. sweet, malty, sugar nose. Lemony saccharine flavor with a pleasant astringent finish. Great summer brew!

Aug 13, 2007 Tasted 7/21/07. 330ml bottle. Thick and hazy yellow golden hue. Surprisingly little moldy white head. Upon pouring I could smell the banana yeasty aromas a foot away. Slightly musty nose. Light to medium bodied. Smooth cereal wheat malts and big citrus flavors. Citrus lemon/lime effervescence. Mild rounded wit. This has an edge based on appeal and drinkability. LIngering stickiness but an easy and well crafted drink. Now...from the CAN...Slightly more acidic aromas. More heady, which is nice. More effervescence but still ample. Good can!

Aug 9, 2007 Bottled, 330ml, pasteurised at Cafe des Amis, Valkenburg, NL Limburg. Clouded pale straw with white head. An enjoyable Belgian Wit, quite juicy whilst being light in consistency. Sweet and hoppy on this occasion make for a reasonable beer, I quite enjoyed it after visiting the caves and needing to warm up in the sun, this pub is just around the corner.

Aug 7, 2007 Cloudy maze color with thin white head. Aroma is of lemon and citrus. A little light and watery on the taste, but its still smooth. A nice introduction into belgian white beers for those who are inexperienced. Wish it had a little more punch to it.

Aug 7, 2007 Draft @ World of Beer Tampa. This is a great citrusy Belgian White. I cannot decide which is better- this one or Hoegarden. I smell lemon and citrus notes. This is a great hot day beer.

Aug 4, 2007 Pale yellow cloudy liquid topped with a bright white head that thins out quickly. Clean fresh taste. Not too sharp, not too sweet. A little spicy but overall quite light on flavour. Very refreshing and thirst quenching white beer.
