11.2oz bottle. Nose is herbal and spicy, slightly tart, lemon and citrus with a hint of wheat. Hazy color due to the dregs being poured into the beer. Some floaties. One fingered, white head sticks around for a while. Soft mouthfeel with a slick finish. Taste is candy-like orange peel, soft wheat, and a slight herbal/citrus flavor. A touch of tartness. Fairly average.

11.2 oz bottle. Pours cloudy golden yellow. Creamy, white one finger head. Aroma of wheat and citrus. Flavor of banana, wheat, lemon and spice. Nice, smooth and creamy with a slightly sweet finish. Very nice Belgian White Ale.

bobaidan (433) - Southington, Connecticut, USA - OCT 28, 2008
Pours very light cloudy yellow with a good sized white head. Aroma is mostly wheat with a touch of citrus. Mouth feel is creamy. Flavor is very mild and lacks the complexity of a good Witte. Very drinkable, but not exceptional.

12 oz. can poured into a pint glass. Pours a hazy dense light yellow color, almost like unhealthy urine. Small white head that laces well throughout the entire experience, dissipates but sticks around in a respectable sense. Aromas are sweet, I can’t pick out much adjunct despite my desires to do so. Sweet malts balanced with a light citrusy zest. Taste is similar, lighter bodied on the palate with notes of citrus and the typical wheat sweetness. Decent, not a great example of the Wit style though.

A decent white, goes well with salty foods. The palate is primarily vanilla and banana, with strong honey accents.

Bottle from Dranken Geers. Cloudy pale gold thick white head. Wheaty aroma. Quite refreshing. Good cereal, lemon and hop in the mouth. Quite full and creamy. Decent wit, some soapyness develops. Good creamyness. Just a little stale flavour on the cereal.
