Color is mesmerizing cream to dingy yellow, cloudy, thin snow white head, good lacing. Watery mouthfeel. Lemon and coriander flavor, almost minty. Turnip finish, a bit medicny, but not unpleasant. Should go very well with grilled chicken or a pasta salad. A very special and drinkable witbier. swoopjones (1897), Buffalo, New York, USA

I purchased a six pack of this stuff for $6.99 tonight, and value-wise you can’t go wrong with Wittekerke. Pours a brilliant cloudy white color that looks super nice. Light, zesty and totally refreshing. A perfect beer for a blistering southern california evening. DrHomolka (728), Columbus, Ohio, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 15/20 | Jun 28, 2007 12oz can. Pours very light white/yellow that is very cloudy. One of the lightest colored beers I’ve ever seen. Aroma is hardcore lemons and some pepper. Has an almost saison aroma to it. Taste is very light and watery with some lemon citrus flavor and some standard witbier qualities underneath there somewhere. Decent but not one of the best examples of the style. | 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 27, 2007 Cloudy pale yellow with a large white foamy head. Excellent lacing all the way down the glass. Aroma is faint but lemony. Taste is like faint candied lemons. Very watery body, but it produces a smooth, creamy feel on the swallow. Perhaps the lightest, easiest drinking beer I have ever tried. Almost like a watery lemonaide. Fells like I could drink about 30 of them. Maybe my new UCF tailgating beer of choice. Bullit (1334), Glasgow, Scotland
