| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 18, 2007 Draught. Pours cloudy straw yellow with a fluffy white head. Aroma is lemon and wheat malt. Flavor is a little heavier on the wheat malt and a bit of spice, though still quite lemony. Refreshing and pretty good, though not particularly complex. chicagobears (336), Elk Grove Village, Illinois, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 4, 2007 Poured from bottle into tumbler; a cloudy yellow/white with fluffy white head. Strong aroma of citrus and wheat. Tart and lemony with a wheat backbone. Has yeasty finish with a hint of spice. Not quite as good as I was hoping for, but far from terrible. fishingnet (1045), Brandon, Florida, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 3, 2007 Tap. Pours a hazy light yellow with a one finger white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma of wheat and citrus with light spices. Taste is the same with a thin mouthfeel. A very easy drinking Wit. sirpsycho (343), Murrysville, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 3, 2007 Bottle. Not a well done Wit, aroma and taste were dominated by a vegetable smell / taste and yeast, sorta like celery or the like. Won’t be trying this one again. rleveret (2), USA does not count | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 26, 2007 Not much in the area of a craft beer, in other words there’s nothing really special about it. Aroma is pretty generic, color is a light yellow, very cloudy. The flavor is full and it has a great aftertaste, citrus and yeast. I’ve had better, but I did thoroughly enjoy this beer. troyc (1175), Lubbock, Texas, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 26, 2007 (Bottle) Pours a hazy yellow color with good looking head. Not much aroma to speak of. Taste of yeast and light citrus. Some grains, rather low in spicy notes. Average mouthfeel for the style. Not a bad beer. LinusStick (1831), Moon Twp, suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Apr 15, 2007 An average wit to say the least. The pour was a beautiful cloudy yellow with a puffy white head that laced the whole glass. Aroma was very weak but was wheat/yeast. Taste was lemon, honey and yeast but mouthfeel was a lot thicker than I like my witbiers and carbonation was too light. Didn’t have the crisp dry finish I was hoping for. | 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Apr 14, 2007 Poured from bottle. Way cloudy yellow, lacing. I smell wheat, yeast lemon, honey. Taste of lemon cake, pineapple juice aftertaste. Finished better than it started. Not spectacular, but quite solid.
