dwedin (238), Portland, Oregon, USA May 25, 2006 Very cloudy white with small diminishing head. Faint sweet aroma. Med body. Light orange flavors. Overall, not much weight. It is refreshing. What it does have isn’t bad just not enough of it. Palidor19 (1750), Brandon, Florida, USA May 24, 2006 Tasty, Its got a real orange subtle taste. Floavor of bubblegum and wheat powers this beer. Enjoyable. even though its in a can Bartzilla (441), San Diego, California, USA May 21, 2006 Not bad, not good. Average. I reckon this is the low-end of Belgium Wittes. Tastes like a typical witte, just less of it. If that makes sense. I’ll drink this 6 pack and probably won’t buy it any more. I’m guessing this would go down well with girls. gputty (456), Virgina Beach, Virginia, USA May 16, 2006 On tap at the VBF. Pours a cloudy yellow with white head. Coriander in the nose with a standard witbier flavor. OldMrCrow (1179), Seattle, Washington, USA May 15, 2006 From the bottle.
Pours hazy beige with a short-lived head. The aroma is mostly orange peel, with some wheat, spice, and yeast; the flavor is basically lemon water with a bit of spice thrown in, and some wonderbread on the finish.
Not much here. Doppelganger (1353), Dry County, Arkansas, USA May 12, 2006 Cloudy yellow pour with a small layer of fast settling bubbles. Tart, lemony aroma with a bit of stale bread yeastiness. A sip reveals lightly sparkly tartness and then--nothing. A surprising lack of any impression of taste, further exacerbated by the thin, watery body. Uninspired stuff. Nothing really wrong with it if you think good beer is measured by the absence of flaws. Gmoney (250), ManchVegas, New Hampshire, USA May 10, 2006 bottle.. pale yellow pour, thin white head , no lace . aroma of lemon and wheat. flavor is lemon and some more citrus . very light no bitterness ,no alcohol. good in the summer but thats about all. bigcat03 (191), Lincoln, Nebraska, USA May 5, 2006 Bottle from Johns Grocery and poured into a tumbler - Pours hazy golden with a two finger head that falls quickly leaving no lace; lemon and a touch of wheat to the nose; lots of lemon on the initial taste with, again, hints of wheat (not too much) and other citrus; clean finish with wheat and yeast on the backtaste; No real bitterness to this beer; A basic beer that’s refreshing, not overpowering, and very drinkable!
