Bottled. Hazy yellow pour, soapy white head. Lively carbonation. Lemon cleaning fluid nose, wheat, yeast. Sweet, very light, fairly refreshing. Spiced. Strong taste of wheat, citrusy smoothness, otherwise uninteresting. I don’t dislike it, there’s just nothing there.

11.2 oz. can. Best before: 09/12/06. A hazy straw pour with a small, bubbly white head. The aroma is terrifically wheaty and lemony, but in a candied way. Thin-bodied with a good bit of carbonation. A very watered-down taste. This is like some wheat has been added to some lemony seltzer water. Not very good.

Bottle. Hazy yellow coloured with a huge white head. Aroma of citrus and spices with light acidic notes. Flavour of citrus and orange peel with notes of fruits and spices. Too much citrus.

Draft, Baja Bean, Staunton VA. Hazy pale yellow with slight white head, served with lemon. Nose of wheat and mild yeast and spice, along with pleasant citrus notes of orange, lemon, and grapefruit. Quenching flavors of wheat and citrus, mildly tart, with a slightly sour finish. Very refreshing and tasty.

Can sampled with Stegosaurus. Pours pale golden with a white head. Aroma of spices, yeast, and citrus. The flavor is very smooth and refreshing, spices, citrus, yeast. My favorite Witbier.

(Can) Sampled at Vineyards in Ottawa. Why pay $7.95 for a canned beer I’ll never know? There is always a voice in the back of my head that says "perhaps this is an undiscovered gem of a wit that is canned" but alas others have sampled it and its only average. Light and refreshing yet somewhat artificial in its lemony flavour. And there is a tinniness that I cannot shake. Average.

Cloudy, very pale yellow beer with a small white head. Light wheaty sweet aroma with weak fruity and spicy note. Quite watery wheaty flavor with a bland light citric finish.

Can. Pastel pale yellow with a good sized white head. Sweet yeasty and lemony aroma. Flavour is light and refreshing, light citrus and floral and very mild yeast. Smooth light palate is appropriate. Very quaffable and nice, but lacking in flavour. A nice summer quaff.
