SwedeDog (364), Windsor, Connecticut, USA Mar 26, 2006 Bottle. Poured like any other wit. Maybe a better head. Nice enough aroma, some lemon, some corriander, a lot of wheat. Very dry in the mouth. Almost dusty. Very wheaty. Wait a second ... VERY wheaty. I guess it’s drinkable, but there are better bangs for your buck out there. GeneralGao (3051), Iowa City, Iowa, USA Mar 22, 2006 Draught at Tyler’s in Durham, NC. Hazy yellow color. No light penetrates the abundant yeast in this beer. Awsome. White bubbly head. Attractive citrusy, yeasty nose with sweet malt undertones. Coriander, yeast, and citrus (ornage and lemon) flavors. Excellent witbier. iowaherkeye (1832), Bakersfield, California, USA Mar 18, 2006 11.2oz. bottle, no date. Pours a cloudy very light straw with minimal white head. Mild aromas of lemon zest, wheat, and coriander. Taste follows the aroma into a slightly sweet finish. Soft carbonation, watery. Nothing bad to say about this one, but nothing outstanding, either. Good summertime brew. Dinobrown (46), Virginia, USA Mar 10, 2006 I really enjoy this beer in the summertime. 11oz pours a straw yellow with limited off-white head slightly cloudy. The beer exhibits floral and citrus aromas and the flavor is very citrus with lemmon and orange peel. Just simply refreshing. mephisto (1144), Taiwan Mar 9, 2006 beautiful hazy golden with huge white head. sweet floral aroma that is somewhat citrusy. the flavor is sweet; easy drinking. BigBen2120 (688), Derry, New Hampshire, USA Mar 9, 2006 Murky yellow body with initially thick white head. Smells alright, but not the best. Tastes surprisingly mild, somewhat sweet with perhaps citrus undertones. Probably not something I’d get again, but worth trying once, and relatively inexpensive to try how I got it. Crit (2398), New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada Mar 8, 2006 Hazy straw, lasting white head.Citrus nose. Lightly tart, yeasty flavor, a hint of coriander and orange peel. Not a good style example sandwichpants (117), Royal Oak, Michigan, USA Mar 3, 2006 On tap at the berkley front. Pale and cloudy, with lots of foamy head. Aroma and taste strong of coriander, with lemon and very mild wheat underneath. A little too light in body, for the style even. Not the best witbier if you ask me, but still enjoyable.
