Jul 29, 2005 Bottle. Very light yellow with a substantial, sustaining white head. Typical aromas of banana and clove, with the addition of a pepper/melon backing. Flavors are light, and so it the palate. Lots of banana and melon on the tongue with some peppery notes in the deep background.

Jul 12, 2005 Hazy pale yellow in color with a dense, creamy white head. Reserved aroma, with some lemon, coriander, orange peel and light white cackled pepper. Citric lemons, cloves and pepper perform a light dance on the palate. Admirable yeast complexity that’s light, jovial and well-balanced with the other contributing elements. Something about this says fresh cotton and fluffy pillows. Pepper and light lemons round out the flavoring on the tail end. Enjoyable stuff.

Jul 10, 2005 Updated: Aug 17, 2007This was one of my earliest rates, and i didn’t do a very good job. so here goes again a couple years later. Sweet lemons on the nose, slightly musty, with hints of spices. Pours cloudy yellow with a thick white head. Sweet, crisp, and dry, citrus, a little sweetness like lemonade without the tartness. It still is one of my favorite wits to drink, it just goes down so easy.

this was all i wrote the 1st time............The 1st time I tasted i thought i could wake up in the morning and drink this all day long!
