SuIIy (1405), Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, USA Apr 7, 2005 Yellow with a small fizzy head. very watery and not much texture or taste. Very plain. badgerben (3584), Blaine, Minnesota, USA Apr 7, 2005 Hazy yellow color with a medium head. Very thin aroam of yeast. Ditto in the flavor with a little addition of malt. No wheat for my tastebuds. A good lawnmower beer. Mklein818 (165), Etterbeek, Virginia, Belgium Apr 1, 2005 An inoffensive Belgian white--a bit spicier than Hoegarden, but otherwise lacking its depth and tartness. TheBeerGod (3143), Newport News, Virginia, USA Apr 1, 2005 Can. Hazed gold. Small white head. Nose seems a little bland. Light spice, citrus, yeast and light grains. Taste is sweet with more spice and yeast along with lighter grains. Lemony notes throughout. Body is light. This is very drinkable even if it’s not really very good.Finish is lingering light spice and yeast with more lemon notes. MillStreetMan (152), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Mar 4, 2005 Middle of the road wheat, not really special, but not offensive either. It looks and tastes ordinary at first, but blossoms into a decent flavour of spice and citrus that lingers. BeerAteHer (384), St. Paul, Minnesota, USA Feb 23, 2005 Not bad for a mainstream Belgian Wit - the wheat is well-subliminalized as in some of the master brews. Strong straw-banana aroma. Flavor suggests of allspice, banana and damiana. Some malt shows through also, along with a bit of yeastiness of course. lachesis (759), St Idesbald, Belgium Feb 22, 2005 Hazy pale-yellow beer with airy white head. Wheat aroma’s a light citrussy accents in the nose also soft spices. Taste is smooth, wheaty and light sweet with a watery finish. Good refreshing summer beer. yayforbeer (641), Orange Park, Florida, USA Feb 19, 2005 Grabbed a 6pack for $6.49 to have something to take to a BYOB dinner/dance. somewhat of an optical illusion? the 11.2 cans look smaller than they are. Cloudy pale yellow with a nice white head and lace. Aroma is wheaty and spicy with a very prominent spice that I cant identify. Also shows up in the flavor quite noticeable. Nice flavor, full soft body, good mouthfeel. Others complaining about it at $9 a sixpack but at $6.49 a six is pretty good.
