Bar Louie on Cumberland. Somewhat tart and mildly spiced wit beer. Not bursting with flavor but didn’t have the soapy watery taste some wit beers have. Serving: Tap
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 Camons (1493) - Hasselager, DENMARK - MAY 8, 2011
Bottle @ Home. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a dense white head. Aroma of lemon, wheat, coriands. Taste is wheat, lemon, bit of banana, honey. Thin body, soft lively carbonation. Refreshing, but kindoff tasteless 080511

I don’t know why the hell anybody would want to import this beer to America. It has that skunky funk aroma that made Heineken famous. It looks golden except someone allowed some sort of industrial waste product to be mixed into it. It tastes like budweiser in that it has no taste just carbonation. Why anyone would pay twice as much for this shit as Budweiser is beyond me.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 nike (500) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 25, 2011
This beer is very similiar to Bavik. There is nothing unique or special about this beer either, except the fact that for a Belgium it is cheap and mot a bad tasting beer. I ususally buy a couple of cases for the summer. A good grass cutting beer for a Belgium.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 mybrainhurts (334) - North Dakota, USA - APR 12, 2011
Lemon dish soap, skunk, cobwebbed aroma. Flavors of tart lemons, white wine, and wet cardboard. Dry, puckering finish. Not refreshing in the least. I wanted ice water after this... avoid.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Hopper (751) - The Alamo, Texas, USA - APR 8, 2011
11.2 oz. can. A cloudy light golden beer with a white hue. Small quickly fading head. The aroma has wheat, tart lemony and almost tricks you into thinking there really is lemons in it. The taste has wheat, lemony and is very refreshing.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 degbert (641) - Austin, Texas, USA - MAR 30, 2011
Can. Pours an extremely pale hazy yellow with a large-grained, long-lasting head. Overtones of orange and malt with a touch of nutmeg. Taste is very mild and easy to drink; this is not going to amaze you with the complexity of the style, but for a beach, boat, or camping beer it’s not too bad.
