Cloudy yellow, it’s an OK white beer, but nothing compared to Celis, Hoegaarden or Allagash. It doesn’t have the crispness I’d expect.

UPDATED: MAY 15, 2003 Pours cloudy yellow, big, white head doesn't stick around too long. Aroma is lemony, sour, some spices sneak through. Taste starts a little sour, a little sweet - banana, lemon, and some spices. Body is on the lighter side of medium A decent white, but I prefer the Hoegaarden or Allagash versions.

(Can Best By 8/20/03) Nice big head that fell real fast. Before drinking this beer, I assumed that it is pasteurized, but the flavor and palate suggest it is not cooked. A little coriander and orange on the nose. Very citric palate, refreshing. The finish is long and fruity. I once tasted this beer blind next to Hoegaarden and The Bavik blew Hoegaarden away.

Cloudy yellow, slightly tart. A bit thin for my tastes. Make mine a Hoegaarden or Amadeus please.

Light gold color, very cloudy, medium head. A medium bodied wheat beer. Mild tasting and flavorful. More flavor and body than a typical wheat beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is smooth and clean. Aftertaste is sweet. Nice refreshing taste.

Light blond milky with a small head. Yeast and tea aroma and taste.

UPDATED: JUN 7, 2003 Cloudy yellow color(like lemonaid), medium head disapears fast. Spicy aroma. Flavor is sweet and a little sour. Finish is peppery. Pretty good for a witbier

A twist of orange fruit in the otherwise weak taste. Like a thin version of Howgaarden. Perfect on a hot summer day on the beach. I don’t know if this is a discount beer (I suppose it is, because I drank it from a can) but if it is, then it’s not a bad every-day-product.

A little bit of honey lemon sneaks in the nose. A lacy thin head floats above a pale hazy straw sea. An interesting citrus bite starts off the taste, segueing into a clove like finish. A nice wit bier, but I find myself yearning for a little more, perhaps a bit more spice in the aroma, and maybe a bigger finish.

a belgian beer in a can - who woulda thought... slight lemony note up front. light malt / wheat body. moderately complex flavors - but nothing very forward. little bit of spice / no bitterness. not bad - not exactly my style though.
