The aroma is dominated by citrus. The color is an unclear yellow and it has a fine head. The flavor is complex with notes of citrus, malt, corriander, youghurt and yeast. I don't like the youghurt sourness in a beer.

(Bottle 25 cl) As "Bavik Witbier" Pale, hazy yellow. Rather small head. Some typical fruity esters, some spices - but not really interesting.

Bottled. Cloudy pale yellow. Lemony aroma. Sweet, clean and mild, obvious wheat flavour, and notes of orange liqueur.

ZBF2008: From bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Dry wheaty aroma. Flavour follows this with a dry wheaty flavour. Light citrus twist before the finish and a mild coriander note.

Canned. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is wheat and some weak fruits, and a bit dishwatery. Flavour is wheat, acidic citrus and orange. Also some yeast in finish. OK, but nothing very different...

Bottle. Hazy yellow coloured with a huge white head. Aroma of citrus and spices with light acidic notes. Flavour of citrus and orange peel with notes of fruits and spices. Too much citrus.
