Light wit with more citrus flavor than anything else. Thin and cloudy. Bland at the finish.

33 cl can. Nice egg-white and yolk combo in my glass, half-finger white head over cloudy yellow body. Smell at first is a little sour, like this may have gotten too warm in transit. But it settles to a light, lemony wheat beer note. Taste is spritzy, with lemon zest and subdued notes of coriander. More soft spiciness from wheat malt, lightened by Belgian pils. Starts out slowly, has a nice middle, but gets sour again at the finish. But a nice summer beer.

Typical wheat frothiness evident in the big rocky head. Great round rich mouthfeel with a hard to nail down flavor of spices, vanilla, cut grass, and citrus. I like the looks and mouthfeel better than the flavor.

Milky texture and pear juice colored body, densely cloudy, although light in color, while an impressive smooth white foam. The first hints of aroma are somewhat disappointing showing something similar to a pilsener with a simple balance of malt and hops. However a few subsequent whiffs do give some signs of herb, maybe coriander (later confirmed) and a vague orange spice. The carbonation does seem a little underdone, although there is a comforting soft, smooth silkiness that pleases the palate. It’s on the lighter side of medium confirming this beer as a fairly easy drinker. The flavors, while pleasing, did seem a little unconvincing not seeming to go the distance. Fruity esters and a clean bubble gum flavor greet the tip of the palate, while there’s a light mixture of lemon and orange in the middle. An underlying hoppiness lies beneath the surface without ever really bursting through but just providing a little crispness in the finish. Hoppiness is not really a key factor in beers of this style but overall the beer did seem just a little too sweet. The aftertaste is also pretty brief and clean. Bought this 6er for $3.99 and would have to say it was worth every penny. Something of a poor man’s Hoegaarden.

300 ml bottle. Dim, yellow/orange body with a dense white head. Aroma is a bit fruit acid, citric, lemon, spices and banana. Flavor is sweet & sour, banana, lemon and oranges. Medium body. Quite refreshing, but rather plain, there is a lot better wit beers around.

Strange clearish yellow color develops a tall fluffy white head. Light wheat, straw nose. The taste is lemony more a Wit than a Wheat if that makes sense. The light tart flavors and a sweet-dry finish make this a nice beer.

An average wit to say the least. The pour was a beautiful cloudy yellow with a puffy white head that laced the whole glass. Aroma was very weak but was wheat/yeast. Taste was lemon, honey and yeast but mouthfeel was a lot thicker than I like my witbiers and carbonation was too light. Didn’t have the crisp dry finish I was hoping for.

Pours a very light golden yellow with a big fluffy clou-like head. Very fresh looking. Smells of light citrus fruits and wheat. Quite appealing. Taste is very light and refreshing. Light orange and other citrsu fruits reign supreme in the taste. Quite flavorful, but very subtle. There is even a little sugar sweetness towards the finish which blended well with the citrus taste. Great can beer.
